"The food we provide in Mundo Churrasco Restaurant is based in the churrasco style that in summary is cooking meat over a pit of organic charcoal and serving that to the table. We have researched some suppliers in Australia and even thought of importing charcoal, but in the end we chose the Cookaburra Red Gum Charcoal.
